The Account Coordinator provides valuable day-to-day administrative support to Account Manager and Marketing Coordinator teammates and will utilize their organizational, follow-through and critical thinking skills to succeed in a fast paced environment. This is an entry level position with considerable growth potential within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete Estimated Mods; pull client loss data from carrier websites, analyze and enter into Loss Summary 
  • Prepare renewal exposure letters and order renewals 
  • Process certificates of insurance in response to client requests 
  • Process incoming documents from insurance carriers and reviewing for accuracy 
  • Order Policy Change requests and follow up with carrier for endorsements 
  • Draft insurance proposals to 90% 
  • Perform weekly follow-ups with carriers on outstanding insurance documents 
  • Assist Account Managers with other duties as needed 
  • Serve as back up to the Administrative Assistant as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Ability to follow procedures, with strong attention to detail 
  • Effectively prioritize and accurately complete a high volume of work in a timely manner 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Able to maintain confidentiality 
  • Continuous learning mindset 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Working knowledge of Adobe and PDF tools is helpful 
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience 
  • Obtain WI Property & Casualty license within 45-90 days of hire 
  • 0-1 years of experience

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: No Travel Required

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
