Account Coordinators are responsible for supporting Account staff with the management, coordination, and administration of client accounts. Ideally this candidate resides in or knows the Ohio market.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates meeting notes, change orders, agendas, and status reports
  • Composes project briefs for occasional smaller projects 
  • Manages some occasional smaller projects 
  • Schedules meetings with clients
  • Gathers resources as requested by Account staff
  • Drafts client estimates based upon input and preapproved costs
  • Updates billing spreadsheets and binders
  • Pulls biweekly quoted vs. actual reports
  • Assists with in-house research projects, new business pitches/RFPs, and data entry
  • Manages proofing of documents and other client materials
  • Conducts other administrative tasks to include job folder creation and maintenance (electronic and hard copies), new client forms as well as preparing and packaging client materials for delivery
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Consistently demonstrates follow through and expedient execution of multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Displays a strong attention to detail, organizational skills and problem-solving
  • A proven understanding of the role of an agency, its relationships with clients, and account service delivery (products/services, target info, competitive set, etc.) 
  • Effectively and proactively communicates and interacts with all stakeholders on projects and assignments 
  • Ability to anticipate project needs, internal or client-related issues 
  • Proactively seeks out new tasks Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) 
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred 
  • An Internship and/or 6 months of work experience in marketing, communications

Compensation based on experience.

Location Restrictions:

This position is available to U.S. residents only. Regional candidates are preferred with an emphasis on Ohio. Residents of California, New York, and Texas will not be considered.
