Russell Herder is seeking a self-motivated, career-driven professional with 2+ years experience to join our client services team. We are specifically looking for an experienced, strategic communicator with proven client relationship-building and project management skills. Agency experience is essential, with a proven ability to partner with multiple team members – including creative, brand planning, social and digital. This role supports our senior team with developing and implementing high quality campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Fosters partnerships with clients and internal teams to manage project expectations 
  • Ensures project requests and deliverables are strategically sound, on time and on budget 
  • Attends client meetings, drafts recap reports documenting client decisions to be shared with the internal team 
  • Manages intricate campaign details 
  • Reviews competitive/industry news and alerts team with relevant insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field 
  • 2+ years of ad agency experience required 
  • Thrive in a collaborative, creative, fast-paced environment 
  • Proven leadership skills 
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, social media
