We’re looking for a full-time Account Coordinator who enjoys solving business problems and working directly with clients. The primary function as an account coordinator is to work directly with the rest of the Sunday Paper team to ensure client needs are met daily. We pride ourselves in building relationships and getting to know our clients’ industries and businesses better than anyone else.

You’ll need to be a great communicator (written and verbal), who’s empathetic and curious but also direct and cognizant of deadlines. Our ideal candidate also has an interest in increasing their strategic prowess and a desire to contribute ideas on a regular basis. We pride ourselves on working without silos, so flexible thinking and problem solving is critical.

  • Prepare account service-related docs, including agendas, post-meeting reports, change orders, and action items for Sunday Paper team.
  • Proactive client communications
  • Assist with strategic problem solving for clients
  • Assists with presentation development for existing clients and prospects
  • Assist with budgeting/estimates for smaller projects.
  • Coordinate freelance talent as needed.
  • Input new tasks into project management system
  • 1 year agency experience preferred (If you have agency internship experience, we’re open to that, too!)
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal)
  • Curiosity and desire to obtain a deep level of understanding of multiple industries and clients.
  • Comfortable working on multiple accounts
  • Critical thinker - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
