z2 is looking for an Account Coordinator to work as part of our Account Team. The candidate will work directly with the VP of Account Services, clients and the internal creative team to manage projects throughout the agency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project coordination of day-to-day activities and managing deadlines 
  • Organizing and reporting project status to the VP of Account Services 
  • Coordinating projects with the internal creative team 
  • Participating in creative and strategic sessions 
  • Client contact and information gathering 
  • Assisting in the review of all projects before release

The successful candidate must have:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years experiencein an agency environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to manage deadlines 
  • Ability to work independently and as a team 
  • Experience working in a Macintosh-based office environment is preferred
