Account Development Manager

Overture

About Overture:

Simply put, Overture is one of the largest promotional product agencies in the United States. Out of the 24,000 companies in our industry, we’ve been ranked in the Top 30 by Promo Marketing Magazine for the last seven consecutive years. We work specifically with Fortune 500 companies and large organizations as an extension of their marketing department in understanding their brand name, voice, and demographic; we then come up with creative product ideas to coincide with this.

Overture Premiums & Promotions is a Certified Women-Owned Business (WBENC) that is also ranked as one of the Best Places to Work by Counselor Magazine. Dedicated to the philosophy that happy employees equal happy customers, Overture embraces employee culture, creating a fun and passionate environment. Unlike the majority of our competitors, we greatly reduce the product supply chain by providing warehousing, fulfillment, screen-printing, and embroidery in-house. From a brand management point of view, this results in ultimate brand integrity and quality assurance. From a procurement point of view, this allows us to further reduce costs by not outsourcing these services.

Additionally, Overture has developed proprietary technology that reduces overall costs for our clients by about 35% on average. These exclusive, cost-saving technology solutions include our Group Purchase platform that aggregates the purchasing power of orders across multiple campaigns and departments within an organization, and leverages these bulk orders to reduce the cost to the client.

Additionally, our Geo-Targeted Distribution Network platform is an addition to an online catalog that provides users with product selection based off geography; users can filter products by where they are located and where the warehouse shipping the product is located, helping our clients reduce freight and rush charges. The combination of our in-house services, creativity, and technological capabilities is the reason why companies such as OfficeMax, UPS, the NBA, Coca-Cola, and Discover Financial have chosen to do business with Overture year after year.
