Our Sales & Channel Group is seeking an Account Director to join the team. The Account Director will lead a team of creative and technology professionals to develop solutions and account strategy for BIW's customers.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic leadership in the project development process. 
  • Facilitating brainstorming meetings. 
  • Writing and directing development of creative, on-target proposals. 
  • Developing game and contest structures. 
  • Presenting solutions to customers.

Required Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience, preferably at marketing, advertising, creative or design firm required, management experience is beneficial. 
  • Leadership experience with account, sales, and creative teams. 
  • Strong brainstorming skills. 
  • Knowledge of incentive/channel. 
  • Demonstrated experience in development of on-target, effective proposals. 
  • Background as advertising copywriter or similar position. 
  • Experience working with graphic designers. 
  • Ability to research and understand a variety of industries, markets and distribution channels. 
  • Comfortable presenting web-based technology solutions. 
  • Natural curiosity and interest in a variety of areas, including sports, music, entertainment, and other pop culture categories. 
  • BS/BA in Business or Marketing, highly preferred.
