Manage day to day deliverables and work closely with all departments to ensure program strategic insights are aligned with program strategy and are incorporated into optimization efforts. Build strong relationships with the client at all levels through a superior understanding of client's business issues, marketing communications, and competition. Provide vision, inspiration and strategic leadership to both the agency team and the clients. Ensure a collaborative approach internally and across agency partners to ensure happy and productive relationships. Drive Growth of scope of work ensuring the account is positively contributing to the agency’s revenue growth and profitability. Develop and mentor team members; provide feedback and opportunities for growth. Work across the Publicis One Network & drive change for the client at a global level.

  • 7-9 years of related industry experience; preferably consulting, interactive, agency or direct marketing experience 
  • 2 years of proven track record in developing senior-level client relationships 
  • Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and advertising, with emphasis on interactive media, direct marketing, strategy, and analytics 
  • Apply creative thinking and analytical problem solving skills to deliver results 
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build client rapport 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions of an organization 
  • Strong client-service orientation 
  • Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines 
  • Sound business acumen 
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and provide direction through coaching and mentorship 
  • Emerging negotiation skills
