ABOUT THE ROLE:

Does the idea of applying your modern marketing skills and knowledge in an innovative B2B agency excite you? As an account director at The Mx Group, you’ll be working alongside some of the sharpest and most creative minds around, pushing the boundaries of B2B marketing with programs that include digital, video, persona creation, custom software development and demand generation. As your clients’ primary business consultant and marketing partner, you’ll have the opportunity to provide strategic leadership and identify new ways to add value.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in an agency environment 
  • Development and implementation of integrated marketing programs to drive demand generation 
  • Digital marketing experience (websites, CMS sites, SEO, SEM, PPC, etc.) 
  • Proven ability to grow a book of business 
  • Track record of client success and satisfaction 
  • Proven history of leadership and team management 
  • Bachelor’s degree
