We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Account Executive to join our thriving team. This position will focus on growing revenue by generating new business through strategic prospecting in conjunction with identifying and closing incremental revenue opportunities within existing customer base. The ideal candidate is a well-networked thought leader who enjoys professional development to stay apprised of industry trends.

This position involved periodic travel to trade shows, networking events, conferences and client sites.  You will have ample opportunity to be creative in your approach and showcase your personality to prospective customers.  

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new business through strategic prospecting 
  • Assess prospective business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential/risk, financials and recommending equity investments 
  • Develop and negotiate contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Continually build loyalty and trust within existing customer accounts by providing excellent customer service and support 
  • Identify and close product and account penetration opportunities within customer base
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends, related events, publications and announcements 
  • Commitment to professional development by participation in educational opportunities, maintain and growing professional networks, reading professional publications and participation in professional organizations 
  • Proudly represent the 2XL brand and the benefits of our awesome technologically-advanced products to the marketplace 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience in closing sales and/or account management with demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed established revenue/growth goals 
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills 
  • Deadline and detail-oriented 
  • Excellent relationship-building skills 
  • Ability to discern and assess revenue opportunities
