Account Executive/Supervisor
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

Margle is expanding and looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Supervisor to join our team. We're a growing and highly energetic company whose passions and client base span across social, digital, and traditional marketing.

We're seeking a motivated, agile, self-starter who is well versed in Client Management in the digital agency environment. They will have strong client team leadership experience and can effectively lead client marketing programs from start to finish. Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, articulate, and confident communicator, with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the portfolio of Margle’s client accounts and projects from ideation to implementation to completion.
  • Develop and manage program budgets and manage accounts with the highest degree of client satisfaction.
  • Create strategic documents for client presentations as well as program analysis reports.
  • Maintain daily written and verbal communications with clients.
  • Identify and problem-solve program challenges and consult with senior management to avoid them.
  • Assist with identifying, pitching and serving new clients as well as recognizing underserved areas of our existing client’s business and proposing solutions.
  • General account maintenance and management.
  • Monitor program progress and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Prepare client contracts and manage compliance.

Experience and Education:

  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration or related Marketing background / experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience.
  • Social / Digital Agency experience a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • An unparalleled drive to see your clients succeed.
  • Understanding of how consumers engage with direct response advertisements on social media along with social media advertising best practices.
  • Strategic as well as operational mindset.
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and management skills.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills, ability to perform independently regarding team and client management.
  • Adaptability to manage multiple clients, projects, and teams both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to develop and express ideas, strategies, plans and workflows.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to assist on other programs as needed or requested.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, G-Suite.
  • Familiarity with social and digital platforms as well as related advertising practices.
