Account Supervisor/Director
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

Do you enjoy strategizing and managing effective digital and social marketing campaigns? Are you passionate about delivering unmatched service to clients? Do you like building long-term relationships? Margle is growing and is looking for an experienced Account Supervisor or Director to join our team (depending on experience). Our ideal candidate is an agile self-starter who is inspired by social/digital marketing, has the drive to achieve results, is well versed in client management for digital, sponsored, and organic social content campaigns, and understands the digital marketing ecosystem. You will be encouraged to push the limits of your thinking, expand your exposure to aspects of the promotional mix, and will have the opportunity to grow/evolve your career as Margle grows. It is our intent that this position will lead our Client Management efforts under direction of Sr. Leadership.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee Margle’s project work on behalf of our clients, while implementing and enforcing a structured execution process. Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of products/services according to clients’ needs, budgets, and objectives. Review final work before delivering to clients.
  • Create and manage program budgets and adjust deliverables accordingly.
  • Create strategic documents (in coordination with Strategy and Creative and Sales Departments) for client presentations.
  • Develop and present program analysis reports (margin, profitability, utilization, etc.).
  • Clearly managing and communicating the weekly progress of campaign initiatives both internally and externally.
  • Maintain daily written and verbal communications with clients.
  • Oversee productions and be the client-facing POC on set.
  • Identify and problem solve program challenges and consult with senior management to avoid them.
  • Assist with program account assignments and structures for new business.
  • Maintain and grow overall accounts - identify opportunities for additional scope of work.
  • Lead the onboarding process with/for new accounts (contracts, kickoff meetings, internal process setup, timeline development, meeting cadence, etc.)
  • Manage Margle’s Project Manager/additional account team members and work closely with them to ensure efficient resource-management, project timeline development, etc.

Experience and Education:

  • 5-7+ years of agency related experience (specific Account and Client management related experience) 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or relevant/related marketing background
  • Project Management experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, ability to perform independently.
  • Adaptability to manage multiple clients, vendors, and internal teams both verbally and in writing. Ability to develop and express ideas, concepts and plans.
  • Keen understanding of conflict resolution and de-escalation.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to assist on other company initiatives as needed or requested.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Suite, G Suite and various web-based project management tools.
  • Familiarity with best practices for marketing in the social and digital space. Strong understanding of social and digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Programmatic, SEO, etc.).
