Responsibilities:

You’ve made your mark in agency account service — now you’re ready to take the lead on meaningful campaigns that drive real behavior change. At AFFIRM, our Account Executives are trusted strategists, organized communicators, and proactive team players who manage multiple client relationships with confidence and clarity.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative client relationships

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies, social media content plans, and creative & media briefs
  • Leading internal teams to ensure deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met, every time
  • Writing and editing copy across campaign materials, reports, and presentations
  • Conducting secondary research to inform strategy and creative direction
  • Preparing detailed conference reports and keeping client records organized and up-to-date
  • Assisting in the development of integrated communications plans and campaign schedules

This is a highly visible role in our growing agency, and your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and think positive will make you an invaluable member of the team.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and collaborative energy. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of relevant agency experience in account service, marketing, or advertising

  • Exceptional organizational skills — you keep projects on track and details don’t slip past you

  • Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal, with clients and teammates alike

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Asana project management software

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting every deadline

  • Strategic mindset with creative instincts — you love solving problems and contributing ideas

  • Adaptability to changing client needs, shifting timelines, and evolving scopes

  • Confidence and independence, but also a genuine desire to work as part of a team
