We are seeking an Account Executive with 1-3 years of advertising agency experience to join the CMR team. This role will involve working with the account services and creative teams to develop and manage successful, national integrated communications campaigns. The ideal candidate will have superior verbal, writing and editing skills; knowledge of and ability to work with modern, diverse audiences; and the ability to work well in a team setting.

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day implementation of projects – identify, organize, delegate and execute project deadlines, tasks, and requirements
  • Coordinate with team members across agency function areas to ensure client and project needs are met 
  • Provide strategic insights and critical thinking to ensure CMR provides integrated communication campaigns that exceed client expectations 
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans, creative briefs, client presentations, and other crucial written communication materials 
  • Communicate and monitor project budgets 
  • Assist in project research efforts and strategic planning 
  • Grow existing accounts and support CMR’s new business development efforts
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 1-3 years of advertising agency experience 
  • Strong writing capabilities 
  • Ability to work well within the fast-paced environment of a growing agency 
  • Highly detail oriented 
  • Knowledge of and ability to work with diverse audiences 
  • Spanish-language fluency is a plus
