Are you interested in joining a top-notch creative team? KHROME, a division of Elevate97, is a full-service advertising agency specializing in branding, design, video and media driven by full-throttle originality and an obsession for details. We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced advertising Account Executive to build and maintain productive partnerships with our clients.

In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for a group of clients, as well as, represent the client at internal meetings. The Account Executive plays a crucial role in client retention as well as potentially bringing in new business.

The Role:

EXISITING CLIENTS

  • Work closely with existing clients as assigned and new partners to ensure deliverables are met. 
  • Cultivate quality relationships with clients through appropriate and timely contact, resolving issues and providing a superior client partner experience in every interaction. 
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client projects are on strategy and on budget. 
  • Meet with clients frequently, serving as liaison between the client and creative team. 
  • Write creative briefs to capture project details and communicate creative strategy with clients and to the internal creative team. 
  • Collaborate with the creative team to prepare client presentations and present work. 
  • Follow established process and utilize internal workflow systems and job tickets. 
  • Be knowledgeable about a client’s brand, products, services, marketing, major business developments, key personnel, their industry, and competitors. 
  • Produce thorough creative briefs by interpreting and synthesizing client input, background information, research, project parameters, and objectives. 
  • Be the final review for all proposals and plans prior to presentation to clients, ensuring that objectives are met. 
  • Coordinate client approval of plans and creative, providing internal team members with clear feedback. 
  • Oversee execution of approved projects. 
  • Provide clients and team members with budget status updates, including change-orders.
  • Assists in preparing client invoices, proposals, marketing communications and strategic marketing plans and public relations plans.

 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Negotiate sales agreements for advertising services while managing an active business pipeline. 
  • Work closely with internal team members during the RFP process to define a sales strategy that meets client and Elevate97 needs. 
  • Understand our competitive landscape to effectively sell against competitors and position Elevate97 for success. 
  • Meet and exceed all sales and revenue targets. 
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business, along with previous advertising agency account management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously. 
  • A good creative eye. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong focus on team collaboration. 
  • Ability to finesse delicate client relationships while driving the team to produce its best results. 
  • Ability to develop an understanding of the client’s business model, the marketplace and factors affecting sales and advertising techniques from creative, research and media outreach. 
  • Possess a strong, but non-aggressive leadership style, to control the team’s use of time and resources, and present the product deliverables to the client. 
  • Proficiency with software that handles project management, customer relationship management, SEO tools, survey products, inbound/outbound marketing platforms, billing programs, marketing/webinar tools and research services.
