WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re growing our team and looking for a highly motivated, talented and hard-working individual with a love for project management, a superior creative product and sound marketing strategy. The most successful Account Executives are self-motivated with sound decision-making skills and the ability to manage day-to-day project priorities and account organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Account Executive (AE) will collaborate with senior members of the team to prepare recommendations, marketing strategies and plans for the client. This person will have frequent client contact and will build strong client relationships.

A Hoffman York AE will:

  • Handle the day-to-day execution of various programs and/or projects; working as primary implementer with all agency departments to manage fully integrated campaigns.
  • Develop workable budgets, work plans, realistic time tables, while monitoring resources and coordinating monthly billing.
  • Prepare clear, concise status and conference reports and communication for the client and agency teams to ensure positive workflow.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management and Strategy Teams on preparation of marketing recommendations, strategies, annual plans and actions for the client.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Qualifications include requirement of a Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of related work experience at an advertising agency or marketing services company.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills with the ability to multi-task and learn at a rapid pace in a quickly changing environment.
  • The ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently is essential along with being a proactive problem solver.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint also required.
