Join Saturn Lounge's growing team. We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to support our existing and new clients. The Account Executive is the liaison between our sales, creative teams and our clients. The Account Executive develops and strengthens client relationships for long-term retention, revenue growth, and referral business.

The Account Executive will manage several client accounts. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Daily client communication, both written and verbal, collaborate with strategist to develop campaigns and content. 
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts. 
  • Present creative campaigns and content. 
  • Deliver completed projects to the client on time. 
  • Manage budgets for multiple accounts. 
  • Prepare estimates and billing for client projects. 
  • Author conference reports and creative briefs. 
  • Provide clear input to creative team. 
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

The Account Executive should have several years of marketing agency experience, successfully managing client campaigns and projects. The candidate should have a solid understanding of the advertising and marketing industry and current trends. Additional qualifications include:

  • Possess a deep knowledge of client business, products, markets. 
  • Flexible, out of box thinker, open to new ideas. 
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and anticipate client needs.
  • Consistently responsive, and have a sense of urgency. 
  • Demonstrate leadership when working with creative teams and clients. 
  • Solution oriented. 
  • Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills. 
  • Works well with people, and has excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to connect and engage with a variety of personalities, both on the client and creative side. 
  • Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
