What we need:

We currently have a great opportunity for an Account Executive to join our team supporting a high-profile client in the hospitality industry. You’ll use your experience leading digital projects to hit the ground running and help grow Lacek’s role with our client. This includes articulating and supporting the client’s marketing strategy, branding activities, priorities, and plans. The Account Executive brings the best thinking that the agency can offer to his/her client contacts, defining and managing marketing projects to ensure that they are delivered to the client as scoped – on time and on budget.

What you’ll do:

  • Independently manages sold program work on time and on budget 
  • Owns and drives interactive projects inclusive of email, digital banners and sites 
  • Leads internal and client meetings efficiently and confidently 
  • Leads intake and requirements on complex, multi-channel campaigns 
  • Creates action items for others and actively monitors their progress 
  • Understands, clarifies and communicates client requests and changes to the internal teams 
  • Collaborates with Data Analytics to develop and present insights on campaign performance and business trends 
  • Works with and collaborates across multiple client stakeholders 
  • Provides business updates by leading regularly scheduled status meetings with their direct supervisor 
  • Manages multiple projects at the same time against varying timelines

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor degree in related field such as marketing 
  • Minimum 3+ years marketing experience, agency environment preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to mentor junior staff 
  • Is a curious and active listener who know which questions to ask, and of whom 
  • Understands the role that data and technology services play in our agency/industry 
  • Excellent written skills including the ability to create strategy set-ups and an agency point-of-view 
  • Lead and motivates across functional areas throughout all stages of a project lifecycle 
  • Knows how to frame an issue and offer solutions when a problem arises 
  • Must possess a high level of stress tolerance/flexibility, and maintain a high energy level
