Position Details

Account Executive
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

We are seeking a Marketing Account Executive to join our client services team to help serve our growing mid-market B2B client base. This position is ideal for someone early in their career: a recent college graduate with internships under their belt, or someone with 1-2 years of marketing experience eager to build on that foundation.

You will have the opportunity to work as part of a multi-channel team and to engage directly in client communications. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an innate sense of curiosity and experience in PR, social media, or digital marketing. Strong project management skills should be coupled with attention to detail and the ability to juggle numerous projects simultaneously.

You will be a valued member of our account services team with a significant opportunity to grow as a marketing professional.

  • Help execute multi-channel marketing programs designed to build client reputation and drive their growth.
  • Produce compelling and effective content including social media posts, press releases, media pitches, articles, blogs, client reports and presentations.
  • Support client trade show events with booth logistics, contest planning and campaigns to drive interest.
  • Coordination of client digital marketing programs that include digital advertising, social media, e-communications, and the utilization of the Constant Contact Lead Generation & CRM (formerly SharpSpring) marketing automation platform. 
  • Project manage client programs effectively acting as a liaison between Client Services, Creative and Digital teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality work.
  • Interface effectively and comfortably with senior-level client contacts.
  • Provide additional agency support: attend meetings, meet deadlines, trouble shoot problems.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience, in an agency or corporate marketing department.
  • B2B, and/or Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant marketing field.
  • Strong writing (writing samples required) and project management skills.
  • Solid understanding and/or interest in digital marketing programs. 
  • Planning/problem-solving skills; and the ability to see projects through to completion.
  • Organized and detail driven.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ambitious. Passionate about delivering quality work, continuous learning and growing your career.
