Seeking an energetic, experienced, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual who can be an intricate part of our sales/marketing team within our Wild Global Division. The Account Manager will be responsible for working directly with our Account Executives and our internal teams to manage sales opportunities for key client accounts.

So, what will you actually be doing?

  • Communicating with AE and/or clients to understand their needs 
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment 
  • Developing products, collateral, displays, etc. to present to clients and/or prospects
  • Sourcing, vetting, and working with suppliers/factories, from quoting to delivery 
  • Producing creative and accurate quotes and presentations
  • Ensuring customer orders/requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Communicating project changes, order timelines, and status updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery 
  • Managing and correcting any problems with projects and orders in a timely and professional manner 
  • Resolving issues and preventing future problems by improving processes 
  • Managing multiple projects with varying clients, timelines, priorities, budgets, and logistical complexities 
  • Working with AEs to seek new business opportunities and cultivate business growth opportunities within existing customer base Researching current industry trends and products 
  • Attending trade shows to learn about new products, pick up new ideas, and meet manufacturers

Skills and requirements needed to succeed:

  • Curious, flexible, and good-humored, with a positive “can do” attitude 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Superb organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail 
  • Strong work ethic that supports working independently, under minimal supervision, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people in and outside the company 
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines, while independently balancing multiple projects at once 
  • Strong desire to provide the highest level of customer service to clients 
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and related computer skills 
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data Proficient in ERP systems

Preferred experience:

  • Minor knowledge of Adobe based design software programs 
  • Familiarity with sourcing, purchasing, sales, negotiating, presentations, fulfillment, and logistics 
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and lead times 
  • Experience working with home goods, print, displays/signs, and marketing collateral
  • Experience with importing
