Wick Marketing is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, collaborative, communicative and organized.

The Account Manager has the day-to-day responsibility of managing the client relationship and working with the internal team to get the work done. They develop strategic plans and initiate projects to satisfy the client’s specific needs. They strive for accuracy, profitability, client satisfaction and managing to schedules and budgets. They organize and maintain all necessary records for assigned accounts, including initiating all paperwork for all jobs, maintaining historical files and handling invoices.

Responsibilities:

You are the day-to-day contact for your clients. You are here to help them and their business succeed! Clients look to you for thought leadership and guidance.

You manage all aspects of client campaigns, including marketing strategy, creative development, timelines and back-end results analysis.

You lead client meetings and ensure all documents are up-to-date so calls go smoothly.

Work with Director of Account Services on SOWs and project/campaign estimates.

Work with Project Management team to prioritize work; organize action items/assignments and assets into project management system.

You review and approve all invoices, and keep your budget documents up-to-date at all times.

You always maintain a professional relationship with clients and internal teams - through correspondence, presentations, phone conversations, vendors, peers and agency leadership.

Need to have:

At least three years agency experience

Love to have:

Homebuilder industry experience

Social media marketing experience
