The Account Manager is an opportunity with Bunker - an insurtech start-up. Specifically, you would manage and improve customer engagement with the Bunker software, promptly respond to customer service engagements, and identify educational opportunities for all customers.

Your role would consist of the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor, track, and report engagement of target accounts and results across Bunker offerings.
  • Spearhead the growth & on-going adoption of Bunker within our existing customer base
  • Problem solve ad-hoc customer requests as needed 
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to ensure active usage of Bunker 
  • Run the renewal process for assigned portfolio of accounts 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams so to share customer feedback
  • At least 2 years in SaaS sales and/or tech Sales at a technology focused company is preferred
  • B2B customer service experience is ideal 
  • Highly analytical with a growth oriented approach 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding targeted accounts 
  • Embraces change and consciously seeks out new ways to do things 
  • Sales training and Salesforce experience is a plus 
  • Consistent track record of professional and personal growth 
  • Ability to temporarily work remotely
