We’re seeking an Account Manager to support and assist our Account Directors and creative teams in developing and managing marketing strategies, projects and client relationships. As a manager, you know how to motivate your team to produce effective marketing communications that engage customers and generate results. 

You live to manage client relationships for local, national and global brands across digital and traditional marketing channels. From initial project kickoff to final review, you’ll be part of a team that ensures the correct creative solution is executed accurately within budget and on deadline. Coordination and tracking of project revisions, priorities and deadlines, proofing, and communications all come second nature to you.

Approachable and accessible, you take the lead without taking the spotlight. You set high creative standards so that everyone understands them, and stop bad things from happening to great ideas. As a brand evangelist, you believe in the work and sweat the details to keep it on strategy.

You keep the big picture in mind every day, while keeping everyone’s project headed in the right direction. You are honest, specific and constructive when reviewing work, and create a culture of respectful collaboration. You embrace process and know how to manage it.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience
  • Strong writing, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Expert grasp of communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Accurate, organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and daily changes
  • Comfortable with current digital advertising environment and trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software within Mac OS
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms a plus
