Position Details

Account Manager
Chicago Illinois

This role will lead day-to-day contact with all clients while working with both internal and external teams to ensure delivery of creative assets. They will work directly with the founder to provide brand strategy insight to creatives and agency partners to bring client objectives to life through brand creation, web development, and digital/social campaigns.

The ideal fit should be highly organized and self-sufficient, with the ability to proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish. Candidates should be able to own small details while maintaining a holistic view of overall project scopes and timelines, business objectives and agency goals.


  • Monitor budgets, internal timelines, spending and cost factors 
  • Create and manage project scopes 
  • Lead day-to-day contact with clients through status meetings and written communication, keeping organized notes to ensure client and team feedback is tracked and implemented accurately 
  • Actively participate in strategy and creative reviews before work is presented to the client 
  • Maintain and manage internal resourcing including the resourcing and communication with contract workers and freelancers 
  • Lead internal organization of files, meetings, and resources 
  • Ensure all projects are completed in scope and on time 
  • Establish best practices inside the organization 
  • Manage the daily scheduling of internal reviews, client status calls, creative presentations, etc 
  • Manage quarterly and monthly reports and analytics on different marketing efforts for each account


  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account/Project Management 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment 
  • Experience in analytics and reporting is a plus 
  • Self-sufficient and excellent organizational skills 
  • Strong written & verbal intrapersonal and client-facing communication skills

Software Capabilities:

  • Google Suite experience necessary 
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Activecampaign (or other email marketing and/or marketing automation tools), Shopify, Sprout Social (or other social scheduling platforms) preferred 
  • Experience using project management softwares like Monday or Asana preferred
