Rocket 55 is a top Minneapolis-based digital marketing agency. We are currently looking for an account manager to join our growing team of 40. Are you smart and love a challenge? The perfect candidate is a great communicator who can be vital lifeline between the client and the agency, and who is motivated by the success of clients campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main day-to-day contact for a number of clients. 
  • Use Google Analytics and AdWords to review clients’ web traffic, pitch strategic campaigns and report on progress. 
  • Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, from the initial campaign kickoff, to campaign setup, execution, review and reporting 
  • Requires ability to coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the best possible strategy for client success. 
  • Campaigns may include all or some aspects of organic SEO, paid search, website design or maintenance, social media, and content marketing. 
  • Work with the Creative and Content teams to consistently improve client websites for optimal success and to better serve overall digital strategy. 
  • Work with third parties such as a web provider platform to make sure our strategies are carried out; follow up and escalate if something does not get done in a timely manner. 
  • Create client-facing monthly reports on all aspects of campaigns. 
  • Run periodic meetings to update clients on cumulative progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of two years experience in Digital Marketing. 
  • A proven track record working in an account management setting. 
  • Candidate should be results-driven, organized, and very self-directed. 
  • A decent understanding of Digital Marketing channels and techniques. 
  • An understanding of website analytics preferred. 
  • Ability to turn business requirements into deliverables. 
  • Proficient in MS Office. 
  • Works well under pressure, able to meet deadlines, be a team player, and multi-task. 
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
