Position Details

Account Manager

We’re seeking an account manager who loves ad agency life, working with savvy clients and smart creatives to help organizations grow. If you’re a communicator with proven, strategic client relationship-building skills and strong leadership abilities with a desire to advance, you’ll find exciting opportunities at RH that make a real difference in people’s lives. We require at least five years of experience, and an ability to communicate exceptionally, from strategic plans to proposals, meeting summaries to project reports. This position calls for working closely with driven creatives, brand planning, social and digital specialists on focused goals. To thrive in our fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, you’ll need to be a self-starter, a stickler for details and committed to follow-through.


  • Ensures recommendations and deliverables are strategically sound, on time and on budget 
  • Attends client meetings, drafts strategic plans 
  • Directs intricate campaign details 
  • Reviews competitive/industry news and alerts team with relevant insights 
  • Takes an active role in client presentations and communication, including being sole social department member for client presentations when appropriate 
  • Develops a strong relationship with internal teams and clients 
  • Participates in new business, including research, ideation and developing case studies


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field 
  • 5+ years of ad agency experience required 
  • Thrive in a collaborative, creative, fast-paced environment 
  • Proven leadership skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, social media 
  • Positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with other strategists, creatives, and account teams
