Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson Commerce is seeking an Account Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Account Supervisor, you are a motivating force, passionate about using digital media and technology to help drive business transformation and build brands for global Fortune 500 companies. You should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in an interactive agency or marketing / advertising / consulting environment, experience in one or more business markets,  managing high-profile client accounts, working with teams, and driving strategic and creative work.

What you’ll do:

  • Client | You are a partner for our clients, our teams and agency partners for new projects and ensuring the quality of the relationship and work product. You nurture existing client relationships and develop long-term relationships at your peer level. You stay informed about digital trends and how they might support your clients' business and their marketing programs. You are a point of escalation for our client and the project team. Promoting and ensuring communication and collaboration among internal client teams and external agency partners. You ensure that deliverables are client-ready incorporating relevant insights from their business and industry.
  • Team | You work with the Project Management team to help inform project requirements, deliverables, schedules, staffing and budget. Together, you manage the workflow process by prioritizing projects and resources. You analyzeessentialrisks with any program, assessing impact and providing solutions.
  • Process | You oversee the financials for assigned projects including forecasts, budgets and invoicing. You provide status updates and monitor overall account health - project status, opportunities, risks. You also have an eye for additional business including repeat programs and plus ups for projects.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience inan interactive agency, or marketing/advertising/consulting environment.
  • Experience developing peer-level client relationships within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Knowledge of the mechanics of digital marketing and advertising (paid media, brand strategy, analytics, PR/social) and the strategy and development of the following: websites, online media, mobile apps, social media, video and CRM programs.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills and the ability to develop well-positioned and thoughtful documents and presentations.
