Account Planning & Management Director

You will lead the client accounts we service from our downtown Madison, WI office. You own client outcomes and deliver strategic marketing leadership, annual program management and team supervision. 

You are a results-oriented manager with a track record of building lasting account relationships and high-performance teams. You are a skilled marketer, a problem solver and an effective leader who can develop integrated marketing communications programs with a cross-functional team. You strive to outperform expectations and will settle for nothing less than delivering excellent work, with measurable results and know how to have fun along the way.

• A four-year degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field.
• 10+ years of agency experience with a track record of success and business development are necessary.
• Experience managing comprehensive interactive programs including website development, social media, search marketing and online media.
• Ability to demonstrate strategic plan development and implementation through previously completed work on significant accounts.
• Ability to lead, manage and grow direct reports, and work effectively with agency peers and clients for growth of the business.
• A passion for creative excellence, strategic accuracy, and measured results are necessary for success in this role.
