Queue Marketing is looking for a savvy individual to add to our account services team. If you possess a strong attention to detail, love the thrill of a fast-paced environment, a sense of humor and a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of working at an agency and join us in growing every challenge into an opportunity.

This individual is responsible for assisting the Account team with day-to-day responsibilities such as project brief development, proofing and project management. Additional tasks may include coordination of agency marketing efforts and assisting in the preparation of client presentations. Would be supporting Queue content marketing, (Blog posts, social media pos, presentations, emails, etc), scheduling, working with designers/ writers, helping with business development scheduling & email follow-ups. The ability to take initiative along with strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel are highly desired. The candidate may be involved in some new business development work as well. This position has a high potential to transition into full-time employment, and we’re looking for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of working at an agency and join us in growing every challenge into an opportunity. 

Recent undergraduate or degree in progress in Marketing or Communications related fields.

Job Targets: Project Management, Account Executive Assistant.

Special Skills Wanted: Strong Microsoft Suite skills and great planning & time management skills.

$11/hr and participation in the agency outing, happy hours, etc. Letter of recommendation from the President at the end of the internship.
