The Account Supervisor is client service powerhouse - supporting the Account Director in managing the client relationship and agency business, overseeing execution and implementation of approved plans, developing program recaps, client reviews and approvals. adept at building relationships to support brand and sales teams, across the client’s organization. In this role, the Account Supervisor will help lead annual planning in building out the tactical recommendations. They will also oversee two associates who are responsible for program implementation/execution. Success in this role requires a sense of comfort with ambiguity, creative problem solving skills, accountability to manage programs successfully through launch, and exceptional communication skills to manage and grow client relationships.
