What you will be doing:
As the Account Supervisor, you’ll manage the client relationship and our team of experts, leading both towards success. With experience conducting public relations for clients across multiple sectors, you will have experience developing strategies and stories that matter to your clients’ audiences. Managing budgets, timelines and expectations, you’ll deliver the company’s brand through exceptional client service, strategic planning, and creative execution. Using your previous agency experience and at least two years managing your own client accounts, you’ll tackle the day-to-day work to exceed our client’s expectations.
In this role, you will lead a number of client accounts and projects. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for crafting, managing, organizing, and executing integrated public relations plans, ensuring internal teams have the input they need to produce high-quality tactics and clients receive exceptional service. Utilizing your arsenal of skills and talent, your day will include, but not limited to the following:
- Act as company liaison between internal team and secured client; establish and maintain client relationships
- Manage and track to client’s annual marketing and communications budget
- Manage the work of multiple team members on your projects
- Build, launch and manage integrated communications campaigns and projects designed to achieve measurable objectives
- Work with and advise client executive leadership on public and media relations communications
- Track progress/metrics; track performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of overall project goals with high project performance
- Collaborate with marketing team members and manage the development of public relations strategy needed to support integrated plans Support business development growing client accounts organically
