Kane is a purpose-driven public relations, marketing, and branding agency that builds reputations and drives corporate citizenship for organizations around the world. Our clients come to us with their problems and it’s our job to solve them.
We focus on delivering business results through research-based strategic planning, public and community relations, brand development, digital and traditional marketing, content development, video production, internal communications and more. Founded in 2013 by former TV news journalist, Kimberly Kane, our firm has a startup-like environment with sights set high on transforming the way agencies work with clients.
At Kane, we hire remarkable individuals who want to be a part of making an impact on our industry and the world around us. Our employees grow with us, are encouraged to engage with their community and causes they care about, bring their ideas to life, are challenged to take on work they’ve never done before and gain experiences that have pushed them to raise the bar for themselves and those around them. In exchange, we promise to:
- Create a truly inclusive workplace. We recognize and embrace each Kane team member’s unique story and create opportunities to learn from each other. We believe that being an inclusive, barrier-free workplace will help us deliver better results for our clients and make Kane an inspiring place to work.
- Do business ethically and with integrity. Acting with the highest levels of integrity is fundamental to who we are. We are transparent, honest and ethical in our business practices and ensure privacy for all of our clients.
- Be the best we can be — for our employees, our clients and our community. We value the whole humanity of everyone— investing in performance, relationships and well-being — making sure we earn our trusted reputation with our employees, clients and community.
The purpose of the account supervisor is to maintain long-term and profitable customer relationships while developing, executing and supervising clients' marketing and communications plans. Within Kane, the account supervisor reports to the VP of client services and works with associates, account managers and other specialists to develop integrated communications strategies for their clients. This role is important because the account supervisor provides their clients with research-informed counsel, overarching strategy and integrated plans that the team will execute. The account supervisor will be challenged by working directly with the C-Suite, boards of directors and non-marketing/ communications-savvy executives to counsel them and provide solutions focused on outcomes rather than outputs.
