As our Account Supervisor, you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Client Service team 
  • Focus primarily on clients in the healthcare space, although opportunities in other verticals will arise 
  • Responsible for relationships with key clients to facilitate the overall needs of the account 
  • Utilize experience to identify business challenges and solutions for clients and the agency 
  • Understand the market and competitors to understand client challenges and opportunities 
  • Actively seek opportunities for organic growth within clients 
  • Engage senior staff from Client Service with other departments as project objectives or issues warrant 
  • Manage and grow a team as a mentor and trusted advisor 
  • Maintains working knowledge of MERGE’s offerings and resources and apply as appropriate

These are the qualifications we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of Client Service experience in the marketing technology, website development and digital marketing; agency experience highly preferred 
  • Ability to evaluate communications strategies and tactics across categories, consumer/patient, lines of business, cultural trends, etc. 
  • Brand development, Creative and Stewardship experience 
  • Understanding of and some experience with various CMS, such as SiteCore, Sitefinity, WordPress, etc, and Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics and/or similar 
  • Basic understanding of the tenets of SEO 
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves in a highly collaborative environment 
  • Advanced client management skills, especially as it relates to setting and managing client expectations 
  • Superior professional communication and presentation skills 
  • Commitment to client, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability
