Account Supervisor

Are you looking for a leadership role in client services at a fast growing, full-service agency? Nelson Schmidt Inc., has a great opportunity for an experienced Account Supervisor!

We are currently seeking an Account Supervisor to lead client relationships, plan and manage annual programs, and successfully implement effective campaigns. This high-energy candidate must be results-oriented, a creative problem solver, and skilled to deliver integrated marketing communications across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assume responsibility for client relationships, including defining, managing and delivering successful marketing communications programs to clients. 
  • Compile and evaluate marketing data and information to make informed and strategic recommendations. 
  • Effectively communicate to internal and external teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets and client expectations. 
  • Build strong and rewarding client relationships. 
  • Manage client programs to profitable outcomes for the agency, delivering against an established forecast

Key Requirements Include:

  • A four-year degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field.
  • 8+ years of agency experience with a track record of success and business results are necessary.
  • Experience managing comprehensive, integrated campaigns, including robust digital and interactive elements.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strategic plan development and implementation skills through previously completed work.
  • Ability to lead direct reports, as well as collaborate with peers and clients for growth of the business.
  • A passion for creative excellence, strategic accuracy, and measured results are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to work within client organizations to forge relationships at the executive level.
