Account Supervisor

Planet Propaganda is an independent creative agency that builds legacies for workshop and weekend brands—the ones people turn to when the work day’s done. From their home base in Madison, Wisconsin, Planet Propaganda has partnered with Duluth Trading Company, Jersey Mike’s Subs, J-B Weld, Smithworks Vodka, Red Wing Shoes, Trek Bikes, Jimmy John’s, Intelligentsia Coffee, Gatorade Endurance, Polaris, and many others.

We are seeking an Account savant. A dynamic thinker who understands the value of creative to move the needle for clients. Someone who knows that great work is born from great strategy. An inspiring leader with equal parts logic and magic who can hold their own with a Creative Director and a CMO. A relationship builder gifted and experienced in the art of subtle persuasion. Someone with multiple years of agency experience who can come in swinging for the fences. This position will lead Duluth Trading Company.

• 6-8+ years agency experience
• Comfortable owning client relationships with support from leadership 
• Good listening and distillation skills 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to articulate ideas well, be resourceful and persistent with teams 
• Have a strong understanding of where strategy and creative intersect 
• A commitment to high quality work and building positive relationships with all 
• Tapped into industry news / trends, proactively thinking on behalf of clients and internal teams alike 
• Accountability for financial success of managed clients
