Account Supervisor
Southeast Wisconsin
Remote - IL, MN or WI, WI

We are currently searching for an awesome, detail-oriented self-starter to join our talented client service team as an Account Supervisor. If you operate with a clients-come-first mentality, are adept at juggling and meeting deadlines, can jump through hoops at a moment’s notice and enjoy a “never dull” work environment where hard work is truly appreciated and rewarded, then Seroka is the spot for you! Responsibilities include:
  • Developing strategic recommendations for clients including marketing, social media and PR plans.
  • Consistently updating clients on all marketing and PR projects.
  • Development of client pipelines and client call notes.
  • Development of creative briefs.
  • Oversee the creative process for marketing projects and work with creative team to ensure deadlines are being met.
  • Media relations including developing story angles, media lists, executing pitching, drafting questions and talking points.
  • Assembly of media clips and metric reports.
  • Social media post development and management of clients’ pages.
  • Scanning media coverage.
  • Occasional writing, editing and/or proofing of marketing materials.
  • Willingness to take on additional projects/spend additional time in order to complete projects.
  • Taking the initiative to stay current and develop an intimate knowledge of digital marketing and how our clients can apply the tools to their businesses.
  • Assisting VP of Client Services/AS/AE with new business research and opportunities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Social Media, Marketing or other
  • Mortgage industry knowledge, a major plus
  • 4+  years of experience in an agency setting
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and set/meet all deadlines
  • Polished communications skills via phone, in-person and written
  • Self-starter who enjoys the flexibility and opportunity of working from home (We will provide    equipment for your home office)

Compensation and benefits are based on experience.
