Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson Commerce is looking for an Account Supervisor. Reporting to the Account Director, you will develop and activate omni-channel solutions that solve our client's toughest challenges. You will need to use your expertise in the areas of digital, social and commerce to create seamless brand experiences that achieve brand, shopper & retailer goals. You will be the contact for our client(s) and lead a team using the agency's experts. You will oversee financial management (forecasting, project return on investment) and professional development of your team.

What you’ll do:

  • Client | You willbuild strategies, reviewing relevant background information and competitive activity. You apply insights as they relate to your client's business. You seek input from our client, ensuring programs meet our quality standards and client-set measures. You ensure all conceptual and creative ideas meet goals and brand strategies. 
  • Team Leadership | You will empower a team of Account Management professionals and oversee all team deliverables. You are the source of omni-channel expertise for the team. You foster good work relationships between departments. You create a team culture that inspires and motivates them. 
  • Communications Management | You will provide expertise to our clients and internal staff. You give internal feedback on all work developed for our clients. You present insights, strategy, concepts, POVs, creative and other client communication. You craft, review and share all client contractual documents. 
  • Strategic Insight | You will lead strategic thinking for all projects, with heightened focus on multi-channel solutions and new business models. You maintain a base of industry, brand and competitive knowledge. 
  • Budgeting | You will manage program budgets and timelines. You achieve revenue and profit targets. You provide monthly financial updates to your Director that will be presented in monthly forecasting meetings.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 6 years of agency & digital experience. 
  • Build client relationship managing expectations and deliverables. 
  • Strategic Planning: Development of campaign platforms and strategic go-to-market plans that achieve client goals. 
  • People management: Establish clear performance expectations. Provide clear and balanced performance feedback. Build relationships with both client and our team. 
  • Financial P&L Management: Provide inputs into monthly/year forecasts. 
  • Measurement: Build and present wrap reports that measure program effectiveness with lessons learned. 
  • Presentation skills: Show confidence in front of an audience. Understand the audience and provide the appropriate message. 
  • Ethics: Display sound business judgment, and integrity.
