Position Details

Acquisition Specialist - Digital Media
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

Daily Operations:

  • Manage paid advertising clients and work to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Develop and execute acquisition plans: strategy, segmentation, execution and optimization.
  • Apply deep understanding ofpaid advertising platforms to define, segment and target/retarget people

Perform daily operations of accounts and campaigns including but not limited to: 

  • Building and presenting detailed acquisition plans to client stakeholders 
  • Defining and distributing acquisition best practices for content development 
  • Performing keyword research to identify content gaps and opportunities 
  • Performing keyword optimizations and refinement 
  • Ideating and developing landing pages to address high value keywords and ensure site architecture and navigation are properly optimized for greatest acquisition benefit and user experience 
  • Creating and executing bid strategies to achieve highest ROI 
  • Research and understand client business models, products/services, verticals, and competition to create and manage campaigns that drive true business profitability and growth

Analysis, Insights, Reporting & Optimization:

  • An inquisitive nature. You should be excited to check the data on all accounts and curious to find out the causes and effects of tests/changes/etc.
  • Ability to find the story within the data. Not just the "what," but the "why."
  • Discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, helping our clients make smarter decisions to deliver better products and experiences to their consumers.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns from a variety of perspectives including conversion rates, keyword bids, impression shares, seasonal/geographical trends, search queries, keyword and ad copy research and development, product pages/landing pages, conversion funnel, quality score, competition, distribution channels, etc; to achieve maximum ROI for clients
  • Connect the dots across channels through data (including display media, site, search, email, and social) to provide a holistic view of marketing efforts

Creative Development:

Collaborate with other creative disciplines, including: 

  • Social lead to write compelling headlines, body copy and calls to action 
  • Design lead to produce compelling on brand visuals 
  • Work with engagement leads to ensure creative concepts and copy tones are on brand and strategically sound
