Miller Marriott Construction is seeking an Administrative & Marketing Specialist to support expansion & growth for a busy construction/real estate office. Responsibilities include managing social media presence across multiple platforms, developing electronic and print collateral, and developing lead generation & management strategies by detailed database management. This position ensures Miller Marriott Construction scales while staying true to its core brand of delivering excellence in both product and how it services its clients.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing an active sales database - including segmentation for lead gen initiatives
  • Coordinating transaction management services for our sales agent partners and our affiliated brokerage 
  • Providing support for new sales initiatives from custom builds to developments 
  • Event marketing & promotion (client events, open house support, etc) 
  • Design and execute Social Media strategy (content creation, calendars, engagement, “HOME” newsletter) 
  • Develop & manage Print collateral, including brochures, 3D renderings, photos, fliers, etc
  • Market research 
  • External relationship development (designers, photographers, charities, businesses, vendors)

The perfect candidate will have experience with marketing platforms and expertly using the tools to do the job in addition to a good head for systems development. A person who can think independently, takes initiative, is a strong communicator, is proactive, plans and executes with an eye to bottom line results will thrive in this role. This is a hands-on role within the Miller Marriott team. We are a highly collaborative organization with significant positive momentum.   • Five (5) years of experience in marketing and executing marketing materials 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong relationship skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service in a collaborative enviornment 
  • Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter, and typical social media KPIs 
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects without supervision
  • Experience with database & automating communications 
  • Proficient in marketing technology 
  • College degree in marketing, busienss or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with new build/real estate sales preferred

Salary Bonus - $70k plus - bonus, Full Time. Phone allowance, retirement, healthcare and after 1year of employment building discount.
