BLISS COMMUNICATIONS INC. owns and operates newspapers, Web sites, printing facilities, radio stations and an internet marketing agency in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. A state-of-the-art printing and distribution facilities streamline the company’s daily operations by producing several of Bliss Communications’ publications. The printing facilities also accommodate commercial printing for other independent clients.

The company’s original publication, The Janesville Gazette, is headquartered in Janesville, Wisconsin and has been owned by the Bliss family since 1883. This multi-faceted media company currently offers a variety of marketing opportunities with 8 publications, 16 Web sites, 2 radio stations and an internet agency. Each entity connects thousands of people with area businesses, industries and each other every day.

The newspaper division includes: The Janesville Gazette, the Marinette EagleHerald, the Walworth County Shopper-Advertiser, Walworth County Sunday, the Stateline News, the Janesville Messenger and The Weekender; with each publication having a digital counterpart. The internet marketing division includes: Local Matters Digital, a one-stop agency.

The radio division includes: Janesville’s WCLO-AM1230/FM 92.7 and WJVL-99.9FM.
