As our Advertising Manager, you can expect every day to offer new and exciting opportunities, including leading the in-house creative team and working with national entertainment acts, Major League sports teams and well-known brands. From day-to-day tasks to never-been-done-before projects, this position offers the unique potential to have a hands-on role in the continued success, growth and innovation of Treasure Island Resort & Casino.


  • Establish, create, maintain and communicate positive brand standards for Treasure Island and the Prairie Island Indian Community
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure continuity of the brand
  • Lead the in-house creative team and provide creative direction by translating marketing objectives and goals into clear creative strategy
  • Act as a liaison between Treasure Island and the Prairie Island Indian Community
  • Direct, maintain and monitor media planning and buying for multiple channels, such as television, out-of-house, print, digital, search engine marketing, content marketing and social media, to ensure quality, efficiency and effectiveness
  • Capitalize on sports sponsorship relationships and other partnerships to create maximum returns
  • Oversee the design, development and production of on- and off-site activations and opportunities
  • Plan, monitor and oversee brand message, inventory and production of internal and external signage, traditional media and digital media; communicate brand standards across the organization
  • Advise upper management of deadlines, creative input and suggested quantities prior to necessary approvals or order placements
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and media plans as well as monthly advertising plans


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, brand communications or a related field; a combination of equivalent experience and/or education
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing or advertising
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with applications such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud
