Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a creative, highly motivated professional to join our Marketing team. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as you’ll work closely with multiple departments—including, Retail Operations, Design, Category Management Store Engineering, and IT Retail Support—as well as external vendors. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our print and digital signage programs are executed smoothly, on time, and with attention to detail.

Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Procure print signage for new items, existing products, limited-time offers, and merchandising campaigns—including negotiating pricing and timelines with external suppliers
  • Collaborate with designers to develop a wide range of static and animated signage, ensuring brand consistency, accurate pricing, and clear messaging
  • Manage digital signage content using CMS platforms, maintaining timely updates and visual quality
  • Maintain clear communication channels across departments and with external partners to support signage initiatives
  • Oversee signage fulfillment and inventory, coordinate logistics, and respond to retail inquiries and requests
  • Lead signage planning and execution for new store openings
  • Manage print and distribution of newspaper insert advertising, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Analyze coupon redemption data to refine and optimize insert advertising strategies

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent combination of education and experience is required with a minimum of two years related experience
  • Sound understanding of Marketing principles and Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge of retail environment to assist in planning, coordination, and execution of loyalty initiatives in retail stores
  • Understanding of Content Management platforms
  • Be an organized individual with the ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently
  • Proficient in ensuring error-free content through meticulous proofreading
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment across many departments
  • Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and make valid conclusions; possess excellent math skills
