Esker is currently seeking a smart, digitally-savvy professional with B2B marketing experience to play a leading role in our Marketing department’s customer advocacy efforts. As Advocacy Marketing Specialist, you’ll use your skills to manage customer programs that boost customer engagement and advocacy to drive revenue, company growth and a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

As Advocacy Marketing Specialist, here’s what you’ll be expected to do:

  • Manage all aspects of Esker’s digital customer community through Influitive, including but not limited to developing strategy, implementing ideas, growing the user base, and updating content and activities for customers 
  • Create campaigns, develop content, and facilitate discussions to teach, nurture, engage, and retain customers 
  • Gather customer testimonials, online reviews, case studies, referrals, references, presentations, and other content can be used both internally and externally to support the sales process 
  • Identify key customers for cross-sell, upsell and advocacy opportunities 
  • Reward and recognize customers for their advocacy efforts with creative prizes and “surprise and delight” moments 
  • Identify compelling customer stories and results for Esker IMPACT awards 
  • Work closely with customer experience, sales, and product management to provide feedback, offer suggestions, and promote active collaboration between employees and customers 
  • Oversee and coordinate case studies and video testimonials, including proactive customer outreach, scheduling logistics, interviewing customers, and working with the creative team to review and publish 
  • Provide support for Esker’s user conferences, user group meetings, and other customer-related events as applicable 
  • Organize customer feedback to the organization in a meaningful way 
  • Develop and report on meaningful KPIs
