What we need:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven decision-making and possesses a background in web analytics. This role involves analyzing performance, deriving actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize digital marketing strategies across Brady’s portfolio of brands.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Enhance and maintain existing web analytics tools across websites (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, GA4, Tealium, etc.) 
  • Engage in cross-functional partnerships with various internal teams, including paid media, web merchandising, organic, user experience, product, and others, to uncover and capitalize on avenues for enhancing Brady's marketing effectiveness 
  • Use data analysis techniques and tools, manipulate and analyze complex data from varying sources, connect findings to business initiatives which results in recommendations and collaboration with key stakeholders to implement changes 
  • Partner with paid search, organic search and email teams to enhance and expand channel attribution models 
  • Work with the team to help design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve website experience and marketing channel performance 
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure seamless integration of data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business field (marketing, communications, business administration, economics, etc.) or a technical field (computer science, information systems, statistics etc.) 
  • 3+ years in digital marketing, marketing analytics, business analytics or IT/data management 
  • Prior experience working with Tag Management Systems or entry level javascript experience (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Tealium) 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 
  • Continuous learning mindset

Desired experience:

  • Experience managing a marketing channel 
  • Ability to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets using SQL (Azure, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks etc.) 
  • Experience producing dashboards and other visually compelling reports that identify key recommendations and enable insight into business performance
