We want to continue upgrading our offerings with advanced analytics and apply a more data driven approach to our campaigns. You will work with both internal teams and outside clients to provide these optimizations and recommendations, all in service of improving Bader Rutter marketing performance.
You start with a holistic vision of multichannel marketing campaigns, analyzing how paid media and search, social, email and web efforts perform relative to each other and the market. The insights you uncover inform decision making and help them develop strategies for our communications mix. You work with the operations team to helpdeploy tagging, tracking, and monitoring strategies for digital media. And you use R/Python, Tableau and SQL as adroitly as most people use Word.
As an Analyst, you take an active role in account strategy, working with quantitative databases to help your team find answers. You also guide and teach, translating data for internal and external audiences at all levels of understanding. You collaborate well and communicate your recommendations and optimization approaches with clarity and timeliness.
