The Annual Fund Coordinator is responsible for implementing strategies for identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of donors to support the mission of Saint Therese. Under the direction of the VP of Philanthropy, this role will oversee direct mail, email and other direct marketing solicitation strategy. This role will also be the lead support for annual events (in-person, hybrid and/or virtual), the employee giving campaign and donor stewardship efforts.

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience writing appeal letters preferred. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills required. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, think critically, and problem solve. 
  • Ability to share workload and creative ideas, and actively participate in a team environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and consistency. 
  • Strong understanding of all basic principles and techniques of fundraising. 
  • Must be able to complete work that is thorough, proofread and neat. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly, in person or on the phone or in writing, with donors, staff and volunteers. 
  • Able to display tact and good judgment in dealing with varying situations. 
  • Experience in non-profit environment preferred.


  • Required - High School or better.
  • Preferred - Some college or better.


  • Required -  2+ years applicable fundraising or direct marketing experience.
