LTD Commodities, the fastest growing division of Amerimark Interactive, is looking for an Art Direction Supervisor, in our Bannockburn, IL location.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop ad concepts, provide art direction and proficiently lead on-set photography to ensure the creative vision is captured by the photographer, stylist and talent. 
  • Oversee shot lists and work in collaboration with other Art Direction Supervisor and/or Art Direction Leads 
  • Drive department processes and strategic initiatives to meet goals and deliver well-executed studio work 
  • Collaborate with Advertising, Merchandising, and Marketing to gain a thorough understanding of product features and benefits to ensure alignment 
  • Prepare, reports and track team workloads, budgets and schedules 
  • Present project status’ and team performance updates to the Studio Creative Manager 
  • Train, coach and mentor team members 
  • Keep abreast of marketplace and industry trends to improve creative and deliver strategic objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of photo production experience 
  • 3+ years of associate supervision and performance evaluation experience in a corporate environment. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite 
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign 
  • Experience with photography, stylizing, visual arts 
  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs. 
  • Some travel as needed 
  • Willingness to work longer hours as needed/required

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Field of Study: Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Arts

Environmental Tolerances:

  • Studio/warehouse environment dust, plants/food, flashing lights 
  • Occasional outdoor/location shoots 
  • Temperature fluctuations 
  • Working with models, kids and pets

Schedule Requirements:

  • Core hours are 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
