Your Role:

As an Art Director, Photography/Videography, you will lead all photo & video art direction for eCommerce shoots, supporting the brand strategy and project perimeters.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Create brand design solutions for our consumer products with a clear focus on the eCommerce channel & supporting the overall brand strategy 
  • Lead design and assemblies of visual communications for the organization; such as on-line presence for our products on the general eCommerce platform, within Amazon guidelines, & for specific retailer on-line sites 
  • Work closely with the Creative Managers to maintain the brand strategies, supporting the brand initiatives, and delivering assets that contribute to the specific brand personas 
  • Assist on other projects within the Reynolds Consumer Products organization requiring 3D rendering 
  • Take on special assignments as assigned by the Creative Managers

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Design with an emphasis in art direction, video production, photography art direction or related fields, and project management of visual communication programs. 
  • 5 years of design & digital art direction experience 
  • Excellent project management skills required to meet deadlines, maintain approved budgets & coordinate external vendors 
  • Excellent skills on Mac computers with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop 
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to articulate ideas to others – both in visual, written and verbal methods 
  • Must be team oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and responsively to rush requests and changing deadlines

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree a plus. 
  • Prior experience with consumer package goods 
  • Experience with Premiere
