Art Director, Senior

Are you passionate about designing visually stunning and impactful digital experiences? Do you enjoy telling compelling stories though websites, video, email, social media, and digital campaigns? Graco is looking for you!

The Art Director will oversee the creation of all digital and print marketing assets through concept, design, and production. In this role, you will devise compelling marketing graphics and videos that successfully promote our brand and support engagement with key accounts and channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with audiences.

Essential Duties:

  • Drive concepts and strategies through the entire creative and development process by directing and producing marketing deliverables across digital platforms. 
  • Direct and oversee the creative development of print and digital projects, including websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, videos, PPC and social media content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including website manager, strategists, UX/UI designers and developers to ensure the visual design enhances the overall brand and end user experience across all channels. 
  • Translate marketing strategies into innovative campaigns that drive customer engagement. 
  • Foster a digital-first environment and inspire innovation within the team. 
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies and techniques in order to produce high quality and cutting-edge work.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in graphic design, digital media or related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years B2B and B2C communications experience 
  • Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Experience managing external agencies and photographers 
  • Willingness to learn how AI can augment content and design 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders 
  • Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with UX/UI Design 
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS 
  • Knowledge of Keyshot or Cinema 4D 
  • Knowledge of Apple Final Cut Pro
