Art Director

We’re seeking an Art Director who is not only passionate about design and being part of a team, but who is personable, able to work across multiple projects and comfortable interacting with creative teams and clients.

Reporting to the Interactive Design Director, our ideal candidate has experience that extends well-beyond print-centric graphic design and an ability to seamlessly juggle multiple projects and diverse client work.

Responsibilities;

• Assuming design leadership to maintain integrity and excellence and integrity within key accounts 
• Using your refined sense of design aesthetics to make independent decisions 
• Executing typography and graphic design for any form of document 
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and other assets in the digital design process 
• Collaboration with multiple creative and client teams 
• Everyday design-related production tasks, image editing, asset creation 
• Sourcing of licensed creative content 
• Creating and managing the design aspects of video production: concepting, shoots, storyboarding, review
• Interpreting client feedback 
• Collaboration with internal teams to create client-facing and new business presentations 
• Participating in MSP-C internal marketing projects

• Post-secondary degree in graphic design or related form of visual arts 
• 5+ years post-secondary professional experience in a design-related position, agency experience preferred 
• Extremely well-organized, resourceful, collaborative, curious, a strong communicator and a self-starter 
• Eager to learn new skills and adapt within the creative landscape of client services 
• Familiar with the functionality of HTML5 (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
